Per garantire una rotazione continua e fluida del rullo, utilizziamo un grasso lubrificante idrorepellente made in Italy inserito all’interno del nostro labirinto brevettato. 

Questo lubrificante è progettato per garantire prestazioni affidabili anche sotto carichi elevati e temperature elevate, proteggendo il cuscinetto da infiltrazioni di liquidi. Grazie alla sua eccezionale idrorepellenza, impedisce che eventuali liquidi, polveri e residui solidi entrino in contatto con il cuscinetto, assicurando una lunga durata e un funzionamento senza problemi.

CUSCINETTI A SFERA

Per garantire un rotolamento continuo e con bassa resistenza all’attrito, i nostri rulli sono equipaggiati con cuscinetti radiali ad una corona di sfere 2RS.

Questa tipologia di cuscinetti presenta delle tenute in gomma rinforzate in lamiera ai lati del cuscinetto che sigilla efficacemente gli elementi volventi e trattiene il grasso lubrificante, oltre a proteggere dalla polvere. 

Unito alla sua elevata resistenza ai carichi radiali, permette al rullo di sopportare elevati carichi sia statici che dinamici, rendendolo adatto per qualsiasi tipo di applicazione e garantendo milioni di cicli di funzionamento di alta qualità.

LUBRICATING GREASE Made in Italy

To ensure a continuous and smooth rotation of the roller, we use a made in Italy water-repellent
lubricating grease inserted inside our patented labyrinth.

This lubricant is designed to ensure reliable performance even under high loads and high temperatures , protecting the bearing from liquid infiltrations. Thanks to its exceptional water repellency, prevents any liquids, dust and solid residues from coming into contact with the bearing, ensuring a long life and a trouble-free operation.

BEARING HEADS PA6 GaiaMID

Our bearing head is realized in high quality technopolymers PA6, offering an innovative and
reliable solution for the bearing protection. Compared to other materials, the PA6 guarantees
greater lightness, superior mechanical resistance and a better wear resistance, making it ideal
for heavy-duty applications. Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties and to its resistance
to external agents, it represents an ideal choice to ensure efficiency and durability in idler rollers.

  • Durability: the high mechanical resistance and the toughness of the technopolymer PA6
    guarantee long periods of operation without the need for maintenance. Its solid structure

BALL BEARINGS

To ensure a continuous rolling and a low friction resistance, our rollers are equipped with radial
bearings at a 2RS crown of spheres.

This type of bearings has got some rubber seals reinforced with metal sheets on the sides of the
bearing which seals effectively the rolling elements and holds back the lubricating grease, as
well as protecting from dust.

Combined with its high resistance to radial loads, it allows the roller to endure high static and dynamic loads, making it suitable for any kind of application and guaranteeing millions of high quality operating cycles.
